Naomi Zupfer links the musical aspects of the concert tours with the related travel needs for both international and domestic concert tours. She works closely with directors on the initial planning, secures the concert sponsorships and coordinates with them and her colleagues on the related logistical details of the concert tours.
Naomi received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Theatre Arts from Bethel University, where she also performed in the concert choir for four years. She has been working in arts administration for many years, booking and arranging concerts for a variety of musical groups. Naomi has served as General Manager of the National Lutheran Choir and as manager and event coordinator for the Benson Great Hall at Bethel University.
Patt Potter - Concert Tour Financial Coordinator

Patt has been with Concert and Study Tours since 1999. During that time she has worked as financial planner, land and air coordinator for international as well as domestic concert and study tours. She has extensive experience in working with vendors to secure the best hotels for the best price for groups.
She also works closely with directors and colleagues on all pertinent logistical tour details.
Judy Olson - Concert Tour Consultant

Judy has been with Concert and Study Tours since 1992. During that time she worked as Concert Tour Coordinator. Currently she is serving as consultant and strategic planner.
Judy received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Education from Hamline University and her Master of Fine Arts Degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Minnesota. She has taught K-12 vocal music, has directed youth choirs, has maintained a private voice studio and was Adjunct Professor of Voice at Bethel University for 9 years. She has performed in recitals, chamber operas, with various choral ensembles and as church musician in professional and volunteer capacities.
She has lived in England, has worked in varied capacities for an airline and has extensive international travel experience.
Rachel Schmidt - Itinerary and Sightseeing Coordinator

Rachel has just recently joined Concert and Study Tours. As the Itinerary and Sightseeing Coordinator, Rachel researches and presents sightseeing options for touring groups and coordinates the time, cost, and logistics of those activities.
Rachel is a 2006 graduate of Luther College where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Education. While at Luther, she functioned as Vice President and member of the Luther College Nordic Choir with whom she traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe. Since graduation, Rachel has worked as the Director of Choirs at Diamond Lake Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, MN and as the Director of Vocal Music and Music Department Head at St. Michael-Albertville High School in Albertville, MN. She is currently the Vocal and Classroom Music Specialist at Oak Hill Montessori in Shoreview, MN and sings with the National Lutheran Choir.
